<SynopsisText>Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the provisions of the original bill with the following changes. Provides that the exemption for first aid providers shall apply to a person who is currently certified in first aid by the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association (instead of is certified in first aid or has completed a course of instruction in first aid).
