<SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975. Provides that certain moneys paid to museums and aquariums located in park districts of over 500,000 population shall be paid to the Chicago Park District to be distributed to museums, aquariums, and zoos in amounts determined by the Chicago Park District. <SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975. Provides that, beginning on the effective date, payments to the Urbana Park District shall be made from the General Revenue Fund at the funding level determined by amounts paid to the Champaign Park District for museum purposes under the Act in calendar year 2005. Provides that, beginning July 1, 2006, the payment to museums and aquariums located in park districts of over 500,000 population shall be paid to museums, aquariums, and zoos in amounts determined by Museums in the Park, an association of museums, aquariums, and zoos located on Chicago Park District property.
