Provides that, if the Board does not make the reduction while the employee's eligibility is being determined and the participating employee is successful in attaining retroactive disability benefits from Social Security, then the employee must pay the retroactive Social Security benefit directly to the Fund for reimbursement of the disability benefits received during the Social Security appeals process as required by Board rule.
