<reference>235 ILCS 5/6-6.5</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Allows manufacturers, distributors, and importing distributors to provide carbon dioxide filters to a retail licensee. Requires that the cost of a single carbon dioxide filter may not exceed the exact cost of the filter and its installation and provides that a cost adjustment factor may be used to periodically update the cost limit.  </SynopsisText></synopsis>
