Provides that, with each ticket sold, a ticket broker must provide to the buyer a written statement setting forth and explaining all of the fees imposed by the ticket broker on the sale of the ticket. Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that a violation of the Truth in Tickets Act is a violation of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
