<reference>205 ILCS 620/1-1</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 17, par. 1551-1</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Corporate Fiduciary Act. Makes a technical change in the Section concerning the short title of the Act.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Floor Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<reftype>Deletes reference to:</reftype><reference>205 ILCS 620/1-1</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reftype>Adds reference to:</reftype><reference>765 ILCS 77/70</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act with respect to the predatory lending database pilot program. Provides that the Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation shall declare in writing an inception date for the pilot program and shall give notice of that date. Provides that the pilot program applies to all mortgage applications made or taken on or after the inception date. Provides that the pilot program shall be in effect and operational for 4 years. Provides that the title insurance company or closing agent shall attach a certificate of compliance to the mortgage before recording the mortgage (rather than recording the certificate separately). <SynopsisText>This legislation would neither increase nor decrease the number of judges needed in the State.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Fiscal Note (Dept of Financial and Professional Regulation)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>SB 895 will not have an additional fiscal impact on the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Funding to begin the Predatory Lending program was appropriated to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in Fiscal Year 2006. Funding to continue the program is also contained in the FY 07 budget request pending before the legislature. As indicated above, current funding levels are expected to be sufficient to implement the provisions of SB 895.
