Allows for the issuance or renewal of a license authorizing the sale of alcoholic liquor at a premises that is located within a municipality with a population in excess of 1,000,000 inhabitants and within 100 feet of a school if certain conditions are met. Also allows for the issuance or renewal of a license authorizing the sale of alcoholic liquor at a premises that is located within a municipality with a population in excess of 1,000,000 inhabitants and within 100 feet of a place of worship, an affiliated school, or both if certain conditions are met. <SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the contents of the bill as amended by House Amendment No. 1, with the following changes. In the amendatory provision allowing the sale of alcoholic liquor at a premises within 100 feet of a school, adds the word "inhabitants" in the description of the municipality where the premises is located. Deletes the amendatory provision allowing the sale of alcoholic liquor at a premises within 100 feet of a place of worship or an affiliated school. Adds an amendatory provision allowing the sale of alcoholic liquor at a premises located within 100 feet of a church or school if certain conditions are met.
