<reference>625 ILCS 25/4</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 1104</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Child Passenger Protection Act. Deletes language providing that, if a person other than the child's parent transports a child under the age of 8 years in a passenger vehicle or light truck without securing the child in an appropriate child restraint system, the person has not violated the provision if the child's parent failed to provide the person with a child restrain system.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
