<reference>35 ILCS 200/18-185</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>70 ILCS 2605/12</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 42, par. 332</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Authorizes the District to impose a separate tax for the purpose of providing funds for health care costs, at a rate not to exceed 0.05% of the assessed valuation of the taxable property of the District. Makes a corresponding reduction in the maximum amount of the levy for general corporate purposes. Amends the Property Tax Code to exclude the new tax from the applicable definition of "aggregate extension" for purposes of the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
