<reference>30 ILCS 605/8.3 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the State Property Control Act. Authorizes the administrator to sell all or any part of the property in Chicago known as the John J. Madden Mental Health Center to Loyola University Medical Center at its fair market value, to be determined by appraisals. Provides that the property may not be sold or leased to any other party without first offering it for sale to Loyola. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Specifies that the property to be sold is located in Cook County, rather than Chicago.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 2</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>In provisions authorizing the sale of all or any part of the property in Chicago known as the John J. Madden Mental Health Center, adds language providing that the sale of the property is authorized if ever it is declared no longer needed by the Secretary of Human Services.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
