Requires the Department of Natural Resources to designate areas within the State parks where dogs, cats, and other domesticated animals, when accompanied by their lawful owner, may be exercised or trained at all times throughout the year, provided that: (i) any domesticated animal brought into a State park must be current and in compliance with any required federal, State, or local vaccinations or health certifications, and (ii) the Department may, by rule, prohibit noisy, vicious, or dangerous animals, or any animal disturbing to other persons from being allowed on park grounds. Sets forth that this requirement does not authorize the presence of a dog, cat, or other domesticated animal in a State park outside of the designated area where that animal may be present. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
