Provides that if a person convicted of or adjudicated delinquent for an offense is under 21 years of age and has not received a high school diploma or a General Educational Development (GED) certificate, the court shall order that person to attend school or courses that lead to a high school diploma or the receipt of a General Educational Development (GED) certificate until the person has attained 21 years of age.
