Provides that any individual engaged in field sport in this State must be licensed as a field sport huntsman or accompanied by a licensed field sport huntsman. Sets forth certain requirements for this license. Provides that a person engaged in field sport without a license or without being accompanied by a licensed field sport huntsman shall be guilty of a petty offense and subject to an administrative fine. Provides that the holder of a field sport license shall be liable for any damage to real or personal property caused by a field sport hunting party in which the licensee was present, participated in, sponsored, or otherwise accompanied.
