Provides that a seller or distributor of material that is harmful to minors must place such material on shelves that are over 4 feet above the floor of the room where the harmful material is distributed or sold. Provides that a seller or distributor of material that is harmful to minors who violates this provision is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
