<reference>815 ILCS 505/2XX new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that it is an unlawful practice for a retailer who sells motor fuel to increase the price that he or she charges for the motor fuel, unless the cost that the retailer pays to his or her supplier or distributor increases and the retailer has actually purchased motor fuel at that increased price.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
