Provides that any person who fails any step of the examination for licensure as a medical doctor, doctor of osteopathy or osteopathic medicine, or doctor of chiropractic is entitled to take that step of the examination not more than 2 subsequent times (now, any person failing any examination for licensure a total of 5 times shall thereafter be ineligible for further examinations until that person submits to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation evidence of further formal professional study in an accredited institution).
