<SynopsisText>     Appropriates $8,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund as follows: (1) $6,000,000 to the Early Intervention Services Revolving Fund for a 5% cost-of-doing-business increase for 16 specified early intervention services at the Department of Human Services for payment for early intervention services; and (2) $2,500,000 to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, for a 5% cost-of-doing-business increase for providers of each of the following services in connection with the provision of therapy services: physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy funded by the Department of Healthcare and Family Services. Effective July 1, 2006.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
