<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Private Lake Bylaws Act. Provides that if an incorporated or unincorporated association of property owners who have the right to use a private lake that is owned by the association or the property owners adopts bylaws regulating the use of or access to the private lake, lakeshore, or associated structures, neither the bylaws nor any other instrument governing the amendment of the bylaws may require an affirmative vote of more than 65% of the property owners to amend the bylaws. Does not apply to bylaws or other instruments that were in effect before the effective date of the Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
