<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>720 ILCS 5/26-1</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 26-1</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Criminal Code of 1961 concerning disorderly conduct. Provides that a second or subsequent violation of doing any act in such unreasonable manner as to alarm or disturb another and to provoke a breach of the peace is a Class 4 felony if the defendant has any prior conviction for disorderly conduct, or any prior conviction under the law of another jurisdiction for an offense that is substantially similar, when any of these offenses have been committed against the victim of the current violation.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
