Establishes the Board of Legal Document Preparers and outlines its duties and powers. Sets out the services that may be provided by a legal document preparer. Provides for disciplinary actions. Provides for a code of conduct for legal document preparers. Creates the Legal Document Preparer Fund as a special fund in the State treasury and provides that, subject to appropriation, all moneys in the Fund shall be used to further the objectives of the Act.
