<reference>210 ILCS 135/12 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act. Provides that if the Department of Human Services arranges for a child to reside in a community-integrated living arrangement that is a private home, then the owner or lessor of the home who resides in the home, the owner or lessor's family members who reside in the home, and persons providing mental health or developmental disability services to the child in the home are not liable for any damages resulting from any act or omission on the part of that owner, lessor, family member, or person providing services that may occur while the child is under the supervision of that owner, lessor, family member, or person providing services.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
