<reference>765 ILCS 77/55</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning violations and damages.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 2</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Authorizes the Director of Natural Resources, upon the payment of the fair market value of the property based on the average of 3 certified appraisals as determined by an Illinois certified general real estate appraiser, to execute and deliver a quitclaim deed to Donald and Teresa Green for the listed property. Provides that no portion of the property being conveyed shall be located in the 100-year flood plain. Requires the Director of Natural Resources to record the certified document in the Recorder's Office of Kendall County.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Land Conveyance Appraisal  Note (Krueger Appraisal Services, Inc.)</synopsistitle>
