<reference>720 ILCS 5/11-9.3</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that it is unlawful for an employer of a child sex offender that has business on school property, who knows the person is a child sex offender, to fail to inform school officials of the sex offender's presence on the school property. Provides that notification shall include the nature of the sex offender's visit and the hours in which the sex offender will be present in the school.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Inserts provisions substantially similar to those of HB 2432, except provides that an employer of a child sex offender shall inform school officials in writing of the sex offender's presence or expected presence on the school property. Provides that a school district is not required to allow convicted sex offenders to be present in the school or on school property.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
