<reference>235 ILCS 5/6-6.5</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Allows manufacturers, distributors, and importing distributors to provide carbon dioxide polishing filters to a retail licensee. Requires that the cost of a single carbon dioxide polishing filter may not exceed $100 and provides that a cost adjustment factor may be used to periodically update the cost limit.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
