<reference>20 ILCS 605/605-513 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law. Provides that the Department shall create and maintain, subject to appropriation, a program for funding the website development of small businesses. Provides that the Department shall promulgate rules for the administration of the program and sets forth certain provisions of the program. Effective January 1, 2006.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
