Creates the Commission on the Status of Children's Nutritional Health, consisting of members appointed by the legislative leaders and the Executive Branch. Provides that the purpose of the Commission is to track the status of children's nutritional health and develop ongoing policy initiatives to address issues concerning children's nutritional health.
