<reference>20 ILCS 2905/2.1 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the State Fire Marshal Act. Authorizes the Office of the State Fire Marshal to charge a reasonable fee to review plans for compliance with applicable State adopted fire safety codes. Provides that the Office of the State Fire Marshal may promulgate reasonable rules to administer the program. Provides that all fees collected by the Office of the State Fire Marshal shall be deposited into the Fire Prevention Fund.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
