<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>625 ILCS 5/6-107.4 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Requires the Secretary of State to provide that a driver's license issued to any person with 3 or more convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating compounds is bright orange or bright yellow in color and distinct in color from any driver's license that may be issued to a person who has not been convicted of DUI 3 times. Provides that the design of the distinctive license, and the choice of a bright orange or bright yellow color, is at the Secretary's discretion.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
