| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with regret of the death of Nikolas Roland "Nik" Eads |
| 4 |
| of Bethalto on Tuesday, August 10, 2004; and |
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Nik was born on September 10, 1988 in Cheyenne, |
| 6 |
| Wyoming to Garold L. and Vicki J. (Warnimont) Eads; and |
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, Nik was going to be a sophomore at Civic Memorial |
| 8 |
| High School, where he was involved in track and football; he |
| 9 |
| also enjoyed fishing, riding go-karts, and motorcycle riding; |
| 10 |
| and |
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Nikolas Eads has been deeply felt |
| 12 |
| by many, especially his parents, Garold and Vicki Eads; his |
| 13 |
| sisters, Haili Eads and Tonya Eads; his maternal grandmother, |
| 14 |
| Donna Warnimont; his special friend, Danielle Pickett; his |
| 15 |
| aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family; and his many |
| 16 |
| friends; he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, |
| 17 |
| Marce and Mildred (Krutsinger) Eads, and his maternal |
| 18 |
| grandfather, Roland Warnimont; therefore, be it |
| 19 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL |
| 20 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 21 |
| Nikolas Roland "Nik" Eads, and we extend our deepest sympathy |
| 22 |
| to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be |
| 23 |
| it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 25 |
| presented to the family of Nik Eads as an expression of our |
| 26 |
| sincerest condolences.
