| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by |

| changing
Section 14-101 as follows:

| Sec. 14-101. Action commenced by plaintiff. In all |

| proceedings commenced
under this Article XIV,
of this Act the |

| name of the person seeking the relief afforded by

| shall be set out as plaintiff without the use of the phrase

| "People ex rel." or "People on the relation of".
