                                 MOTION

          I move to accept  the  specific  recommendations  of  the
      Governor  as  to  Senate  Bill  1848  in  manner  and form as
      follows:
                      AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1848
               IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS
          Amend Senate Bill 1848 on page 1,  line  7,  by  deleting
      "9.65,"; and

      on page 5, by deleting lines 21 through 26.
