 1        AN ACT in relation to courts.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Circuit Courts Act is amended by changing
 5    Section 3 as follows:

 6        (705 ILCS 35/3) (from Ch. 37, par. 72.3)
 7        Sec.  3.  Court   seal.    The   circuit   said   courts,
 8    respectively,  shall  have a seal, and may renew or alter the
 9    same from time to time, as may be necessary. The  expense  of
10    the  such  seal, and renewing and altering the same, shall be
11    paid by the county.
