 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 526 on page 1,  in
 3    line  5  by  replacing "as" with "and adding Section 3.1 as";
 4    and

 5    on page 3, by inserting after line 2 the following:

 6        "(70 ILCS 835/3.1 new)
 7        Sec.  3.1.  Smoking  prohibited.  Smoking  shall  not  be
 8    permitted in any area of a zoo located in this State.".
