    AN ACT regarding education.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections 
5
10-20.39 and
34-18.30 as follows:

    (105 ILCS 5/10-20.39 new)

    Sec. 10-20.39. Drug paraphernalia awareness training. A 
8
school
board shall require that principals hold drug

    Sec. 8.28. Exempt mandate.   Notwithstanding Sections 6 and

Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for 
21
the implementation of
any mandate created by this amendatory

Act of the 93rd General Assembly.
