| AN ACT concerning utilities.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by adding |

| Section 8-306 as follows:
|

| Sec. 8-306. Notice of price increase. The Commission may |
