    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Savings and Loan Act of 1985 is

amended by changing
Section 1-1 as follows:

    (205 ILCS 105/1-1)  (from Ch. 17, par. 3301-1)

    Sec. 1-1. Short title.
This Act shall be known and may be

cited as the "Illinois Savings and
Loan Act of 1985".
