| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing
|

| Section 6-505 as follows:
|

| Sec. 6-505. Commercial motor vehicle driver - duty to |

previous employment to potential employer. Each |

| person who applies for
employment as a driver of a commercial |

| motor vehicle, with any employer,
shall notify
the

| potential employer at the time of the

previous employment for the last 10 years, as a driver |

motor vehicle including, but
not necessarily |

| limited to, the dates between which the applicant drove

| each employer, the reason for leaving each such employment and |

information contained in the notification
