    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Community Mental Health Act is amended by

changing Section
0.1 as follows:

    (405 ILCS 20/0.1)  (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 300.1)

    Sec. 0.1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the

"Community
Mental
Health Act".
