    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Service Men's Employment Tenure Act is

amended by changing
Section 1 as follows:

    Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the

Service Men's
Employment Tenure Act.
