| AN ACT concerning civil liabilities.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Premises Liability Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing
Section 4 as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (740 ILCS 130/4) (from Ch. 80, par. 304)

| Sec. 4. Notwithstanding this Act, the liability of any |
| 8 |
| owner or occupier
of a premises to anyone who enters or uses |
| 9 |
| those premises for a
recreational purpose, as defined by the |
| 10 |
| Recreational Use of Land and Water
Areas Act
"An Act to limit |
| 11 |
| the liability of
landowners who make their land and water area |
| 12 |
| available to the public for
recreational purposes", approved |
| 13 |
| August 2, 1965, as now or hereafter
amended, is governed by |
| 14 |
| that Act.
