    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is

amended  by changing Sections 5-15, 5-20, and 5-160 as follows:

officer as its head who shall
be known as director or

secretary and who shall, subject to the
