    AN ACT in relation to aging.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Elder Abuse and Neglect Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 1
as follows:

    Sec. 1. Short title.   This Act shall be known and may be 
8
cited as the
"Elder Abuse and Neglect Act".
