 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3192

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3192,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    by  inserting  after  the  last  sentence  of  Section 20 the
 4    following:

 5        "Section 25.  Exemption. This Act does not  apply  to  an
 6    exempt  entity as defined in the Residential Mortgage License
 7    Act of 1987.".
