 1        AN  ACT  in  relation  to  senior  citizen identification
 2    theft.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section  1.  Short  title.   This Act may be cited as the
 6    Senior Citizen Identification Theft Act.
