    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2587, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.

1, on page 1, in line 11 by deleting "bond fund"; and

on page 2, in lines 15 and 27, by deleting "bond fund"; and
 
6
on page 4, by replacing lines 13 through 19 with the following:

    "(6) Rock Island MetroLINK/Black Hawk College Coordination 
8
Project, which shall increase mobility for lower income 
9
students to access educational services and job training on the 
10
metropolitan bus system, which will better link community 
11
college students with transportation alternatives." and
 
12
on page 4, by replacing lines 25 through 31 with the following:

    "(8) Additional community college coordination projects, 
14
which shall increase mobility for lower income students to 
15
access educational services and job training on any 
16
Champaign-Urbana MTD and Danville Mass Transit bus routes, 
17
which will better link community college students with 
18
transportation alternatives.".
