 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1191

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1191,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    by  replacing  the  last  sentence  of subsection (a) of Sec.
 4    2-1306 of Section 5 with the following:
 5    "Nothing in this Section shall  be  construed  to  mean  that
 6    health  care services provided or not provided by health care
 7    professionals are a public hazard.".
