 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  310   on  page  2,
 3    line 9 by inserting after the period the following:

 4    "Upon  request, the Department shall provide to a third party
 5    employer a list of entities registered as day  and  temporary
 6    labor  service  agencies. The Department shall provide on the
 7    Internet a list of entities registered as day  and  temporary
 8    labor service agencies.".
