 5    "2.03a,"; and

 6    on page 2, after line 11, by inserting the following:

 7        "(510 ILCS 5/2.03a new)
 8        Sec.  2.03a.  "Business  day"  means  any  day the animal
 9    control facility is open to the public for animal reclaims.".
