 1        AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department of Human
 2    Services.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The sum of $1, or so much thereof as  may  be
 6    necessary,   is  appropriated  to  the  Department  of  Human
 7    Services for mental health programs.

 8        Section 99. Effective date.  This Act takes  effect  July
 9    1, 2003.
