<reference>625 ILCS 5/12-610.1 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a person who holds an instruction permit or a graduated license may not use a wireless phone while driving a vehicle. Provides that the prohibition does not apply to use of a wireless phone to contact a law enforcement agency, health care provider, or emergency services agency for emergency purposes. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
